Position: Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant

Position Location:  Fayetteville, NC (FBNC is about 45 minutes from Raleigh NC)

Clearance Required: Top Secret with SCI eligibility

Technical Consultant (TC) residing in the United States and willing to relocate to Raleigh/Fayetteville area. The TC is a valuable member of our project teams who designs, develops, tests and deploys Service Now solutions for our customers. The TC is responsible for providing technical support to the successful deployment of the Service Now platform, integrating into an implementation team, focusing on developing reports, dashboards, and workflows that enable our customers to work more effectively.

Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Engage as a primary technical resource on projects to develop and implement client solutions. Includes both configuring ServiceNow and developing scripts when needed
  • Participate in and or lead design workshops, development, testing and deployment activities
  • Responsible for technical deliverables related to ServiceNow configurations and or integration development
  • Demonstrate expert understanding of best practices related to ServiceNow
  • Develop a keen understanding of the products we implement and our customer's business
  • Deliver excellence
  • Be agile, stay agile

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years proven experience as a technical consultant
  • Min 1-2 years of comprehensive ServiceNow experience in development, configuration or maintenance experience
  • Strong technical understanding of the ServiceNow's Integration tools
  • Participated in ServiceNow implementations of ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or FSM
  • BS Degree or equivalent work experience
  • First class communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude
  • ServiceNow experience is a MUST
  • ServiceNow ITSM experience is a PLUS

Education / Certification Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of comprehensive ServiceNow experience in development, configuration or maintenance experience
  • Must hold a TS/SCI clearance
  • Service Now Fundamentals required
  • Service Now Implementation Specialist Certification desired
